End of action

• Would you like more information on the eligibility of winding-up activities and costs?
• How to deal with your remaining supplies?
• When and how is an ex-tempore amendment possible?
• Do you need any information on the external evaluation at the end of the action?

The action must be completed by the end of the implementation period. However, there might still be cases where the partner did not properly prepare the end of action, for instance:

• there are still goods to be distributed;
• part of the action is not completed;
• the final reports are delayed.
  

This could entail ineligibility of costs. Therefore Partners have to contact DG ECHO as soon as possible for damage control.
