A copy of the evaluation, study or audit report must be submitted with the final report if financed by this project.
Partners must include in annex to the final reports supporting documents such as photos of stickers on vehicles and signboards, photos of “branded” visibility items (tee-shirts, caps etc.) and press cuttings in the final reports for liquidation.
In case of printed publication or press release, a copy of the publication has to be annexed.
