In this section you can find the training calendar and programs of the available distance learning courses. Information will be constantly updated and we invite you to consult this page regularly, as new dates may be added.

Distance learning training will be available for DG ECHO Partners and will be subject to several repetitions.

• The asynchronous courses must be completed in 15 days and are divided into different recorded sessions with an average time of 20 minutes each.
• These video lectures may be watched as many times as desired and they are followed by exercises and/or tests.
• The courses include a download section where a mp3 version and the slides of the lessons can be downloaded and a course material section with additional useful material.
• In the platform is available a “Student Collaboration Area”, where participants will be able to interact thorough a dedicated ‘chat’ with the other online participants.
• During the course the DG ECHO FPA Helpdesk service will be available, and participants who have doubts or questions can communicate through the e-mail (echo-fpa-partners@dgecho-partners-helpdesk.eu). A qualified teacher will answer within a working day.
• After having completed the course, participants are invited to fill an evaluation form with their comments and suggestions, in order to improve the quality of the service.

Partners who wish to register must complete the Application Form and follow the instructions reported below.

• The form must be filled in all its parts. In order to avoid any misunderstanding, please be sure to report on the form the name and date of the training session(s) you wish to attend;
• in the field ”Information about the Organisation” you must enter the data of your Headquarters in Europe;
• Please note that the number of participants is limited to 20 persons per course, if the maximum number of participants is reached an alternative course period will be proposed.
• The minimum number of participants for the eSingle Form online-HQ and for the eSingle Form offline-Field courses is 5 each, whilst for the Single Form and Final Reporting training is 10 each. Whenever the minimum number of participants is not reached, the distance learning training will not be activated and the participants will be automatically registered for the following session.
• Applications will be registered chronologically as they arrive.

The result of the application will be notified to the applicant, by email, prior to the starting of the training. Together with the acceptance letter, applicants will receive a temporary login that will enable them to access the platform, the materials and other information related to the training they will attend.

DG ECHO eTool modules are addressed to those who have a basic knowledge of FPA and possibly who have experience in implementation/management of DG ECHO Actions (good knowledge in the preparation of the Single Form):
