For external evaluations, audits and studies financed by the Action, the Terms of Reference have to be submitted to DG ECHO before the external evaluation, audit or study takes place.
A draft of the text of printed publications or advertising have to be submitted to DG ECHO before the publication.
In case of audiovisual productions a detailed story board describing the themes to be covered in the production and the likely interviewees must be submitted to DG ECHO in due time.
