Procurement for P-control mechanism

For grant agreements under P-control mechanisms P-control mechanisms, the award of contracts will be ruled by the Contracting Authority’s own procedures. Partner procedures have to be in line with the Mandatory Principles and respect, when relevant, the provisions set up in the Special Rules.

The applicable control mechanism refers to a specific Action. Once the Agreement has been signed the control mechanism cannot be changed, even if the applicable control mechanism has changed in the meantime.
