If there is a report of the needs assessment it may be annexed to the Single Form and the results summarized in section 2.3 with regard to the proposed action.
A common way to present a work plan is through a Gantt-Chart. Other possibilities exist and can be used as long as they are clearly presented and commented.
The partner's work plan can be provided as an annex to the Single Form.
Please note that for external evaluations, audits and studies financed by the Action, the Terms of Reference must be submitted to DG ECHO before the external evaluation, audit or study takes place (see Article 5.1 of the General Conditions).
