DG ECHO decided to roll out the Programmatic Partnerships in 2023 by mainstreaming the model in geographic Humanitarian Implementation Plans (HIPs).

The list of certified NGO partners eligible for future Programmatic of DG ECHO  has been updated with partners holding a Programmatic Partnership Certificate. 

UN agencies and bodies, ICRC, IFRC and EUMS Specialised Agencies are also eligible. Consortia are encouraged in the context of future Programmatic Partnerships. 

DG ECHO has published a Guidance to partners on Programmatic Partnerships 2023 . 

In October 2022, DG ECHO hosted a virtual presentation and Q&A session on the rollout phase. Here the recording of the session  as well as the PowerPoint presentation  and a list of Q&A   are available.
