The Helpdesk offers general advice and support to DG ECHO's Partners’ (staff in Headquarters and in the field) replying to questions related to administrative, legal, financial and procedural aspects of the management of DG ECHO financed actions. The Helpdesk responds on the basis of the applicable partnership instruments and guidance published by ECHO, including the online Frequently Asked Questions (periodically updated and validated by ECHO). Responses given by the Helpdesk do not override the operational or financial judgement of the Commission nor do they prevail over the applicable rules and provisions. For matters directly related to the implementation of any Humanitarian Aid Model Grant Agreement or Contribution Agreement the Partner should contact the identified desk officer in ECHO.
