PAYMENT REQUEST

Within the deadline established in the article 4.2 of the IMDA, the UN Agency will submit to ECHO the payment request in order to obtain the payment of the balance of the ECHO contribution to the Action.

The payment request will include:

• the UN Agency’s identification

• the amount in euro

• the date

Where at least one essential element is missing, the payment request shall be rejected.
There is no specific format for the payment request so the UN agency can use its own format, at the conditions that the information listed above are included in the document.
Any error detected in the payment request will trigger the rejection of the Request.

The UN Agency will submit together with the Final Payment Request all the elments that compose the Final report.
