WORKING WITH DG ECHO AS AN NGO PARTNER | 2021 - 2027
REPORTING
Continuous reporting (IR) and Periodic Reporting (FR)
‘Periodic reporting’ is the terminology used in the MGA to refer to reporting linked to payments (e.g. Final Report). It does not imply multi-year funding.
Continuous reporting refers to reports not linked to a payment, also known as Interim Reports. Both continuous and periodic reports (the latter also called the Final Report) include a narrative section focused on the implementation of the Action.
The Partner should report only on the total actual incurred costs.
Partners must report the total actual expenditure incurred. At the final reporting stage, the Partner shall update Section 13 of the e-Single Form to reflect all actual costs. To validate the submission, the “Total Costs” in Section 13.1 must correspond to the “Total Funding” in Section 13.3.
In case of overspending, the exceeding amount cannot be charged to DG ECHO and must be covered by the Partner or other donors.
