CO-BENEFICIARIES AND IMPLEMENTING PARTNERS

DG ECHO Partners are to implement humanitarian aid actions with the requisite degree of care, efficiency, transparency and diligence, in compliance with the stipulations of the Certificate and the Grant Agreement.

To implement an action, a DG ECHO certified NGO partner can either

• Implement it directly,

• Cooperate with other certified NGO partners or recognised MSSAs and IO partners 

• Work with Implementing Partners.
